Founded in 1917, Swiss watch brand LOEMEY has been steadily advancing its brand revival and international expansion in recent years. From preserving and carrying forward its Swiss watchmaking heritage to establishing a partnership platform in Hong Kong and developing its global distribution strategy, LOEMEY is gradually building a new framework for its future growth.

LOEMEY originated in Le Sentier, in Switzerland’s Vallée de Joux, Canton of Vaud. The brand was founded in 1917 by Loévin Meyer. Across five generations of family heritage, LOEMEY accumulated historical records and design archives spanning mechanical chronographs, classic timepieces, professional watch functions, and themed designs.

In 2022, Adrien Meyer, the fifth-generation successor, officially initiated the brand’s revival.

During this process, LOEMEY focused on organizing its historical archives, refining its brand positioning, developing product designs, and establishing market partnerships, laying the foundations for its future development.

In 2025, LOEMEY made further progress in its international partnerships.

In September, Adrien Meyer established contact with Ailuo Hong Kong during the Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair, and the two parties subsequently reached a partnership agreement. In November, LOEMEY’s Global Brand Management Centre was established in Hong Kong, marking the launch of its global partner recruitment initiative.

As an important international hub for watch trading and business exchange, Hong Kong offers LOEMEY new opportunities for international cooperation and market development.

In 2026, the brand continued to advance its development initiatives. In March, the new premises of the LOEMEY watchmaking workshop in Switzerland were completed. In June, ownership of the LOEMEY trademark was officially transferred, providing a clearer foundation for the brand’s future development and intellectual property rights.

Meanwhile, LOEMEY is progressively strengthening its product presentation, after-sales services, brand communications, and partnership and distribution network.

In terms of product development, the brand takes classic mechanical watches as its foundation, developing collections around different design themes and functional requirements. Particular attention is given to the harmony between case proportions, dial layouts, mechanical structures, and refined finishing details.

For market expansion, LOEMEY will focus primarily on independent distribution partners and authorized sales channels. The brand welcomes partners with experience in the watch industry, strong market capabilities, and a shared understanding of brand development.

LOEMEY seeks to establish long-term, stable partnerships, bringing together brand resources, product support, and market collaboration to explore opportunities across different regional markets.

The Chinese market is also an important part of LOEMEY’s future development strategy. By responding to Chinese consumers’ growing interest in mechanical watches, design aesthetics, and brand heritage, LOEMEY will progressively develop its product presentation, distribution channels, and customer service network.

From a watchmaking workshop in Switzerland’s Vallée de Joux to an expanding presence in international markets, LOEMEY is entering a new chapter in its development.

Looking ahead, the brand will continue to build upon its century-long watchmaking heritage, uphold its commitment to original design and independent brand identity, and explore new possibilities at the intersection of traditional watchmaking culture and contemporary market demands.
